Tom Creasey has settled in well within our Training Division, undergoing Mould Training development and passing his Basic Core Moulding Discipline certificate, part of his CPD progression accredited to IOM3 Polymer standards. Sitting the course with trainees from WHS Plastics, our Trainer Mark Lee also demonstrates to Tom the essential methods for delivering education both practical & theoretical to ensure course trainees receive the best Q&A time for either learning new content & skills or merely refreshing moulding skills that are dormant because of lack of use, bringing their knowledge to the surface and helping them to retain core principles.
No trainee is the same, they have their own way of learning & embedding new education, this is why Sierra 57 technical moulding courses are delivered to a maximum of 3 per course, providing ample time to ensure all trainees learn within their own comfortable timeframe.
