Welcoming a New Addition to the Sierra 57 Team

We’re pleased to welcome Ben Maguire to the Sierra 57 team, as we continue to grow our offering across technical recruitment, mould contracting, and mould training.

Joining us as an experienced Injection Moulding Mould Setter / Technician, Ben brings a wealth of hands-on knowledge and industry expertise that will play a key role in supporting our continued growth into 2026.

As we strengthen our position across the plastics industry, this addition enhances our ability to deliver high-quality recruitment solutions, practical mould training, and on-site mould setting support to our customers.

Ben’s experience and technical capability will be instrumental in helping us bridge the gap between skills development and operational delivery – supporting businesses with both people and performance.

We’re excited to have Ben on board and look forward to the value he will bring to our clients and partners.

He demonstrates excellent attention to detail, a clear ambition to further develop, and aspirations to progress into a Process Engineer role. Alongside his technical capability, Ben is a trustworthy and knowledgeable professional who will be a valuable advisor to both candidates and clients alike.

Outside of work, Ben brings just as much energy – he’s a keen runner (taking on the London Half Marathon next month), a dedicated supporter of Liverpool FC and Telford AFC (we’ll let that one slide, Ben… though Telford might be having the better run of it!), and a proud family man to three girls.
