Remit:
- The role of Commercial NPI Administrator is to provide administrative support to the NPI team, this position with suit an experienced Technical Administrator with strong admin & communication skills, the successful candidate must have excellent IT skills including MRP experience.

Role:
- Manage enquiries email address and distribute to relevant parties
- Log all new enquiries, raise relevant documentation, populate initial costing sheet
- Arrange and facilitate costing reviews
- Arrange and facilitate risk and feasibility reviews
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to gather base costing information
- Compile and distribute monthly new business breakdown to internal stakeholders
- Responsible for raising and issuing Sales and Purchase orders and updating PA document accordingly
- Responsible for raising new part/tool & any other required ancillary equipment numbers in system and MRP
- Maintenance of Commercial/NPI related MRP inputs
- Carry out benchmarking activities when required
- Manage all customer price lists reflecting all price movements
- Logging of all new drawings
- Coordination of Engineering change documentation
- Arrange & facilitate Engineering change reviews
- Management of customer portals downloads/uploads
- Respect, promote and practice the published core values of the business
Experience Requirement
- Hold a GCSE or equivalent in IT/Mathematics & English
- Strong IT skills including the ability to use Excel/Word/Outlook with working knowledge of MRP systems
- Mould
- Ability to develop commercial skills and customer negotiation abilities
- Experience with cost management & analysis
- Data input and analysis experience
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Methodical approach to tasks
- Experience working within an IATF16949 or other specific standard (e.g medical device or aerospace) industry – Desirable
- Injection mould tooling/Mould
- Experience of CAD drawing 2D and 3D – Desirable
- Mould tool and component design – Desirable
