Role:
- Responsible for managing the maintenance and repair to mechanical, electrical and electronic equipment on site as well as the coordination of a team of Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineers
- Develop and implement innovative solutions for manufacturing processes and equipment to enhance efficiency, quality, and productivity
- Develop comprehensive maintenance plans, including schedules for routine and preventive maintenance activities
- Oversee the implementation of TPM strategies to maximise equipment reliability and minimise downtime as well as develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules in collaboration with maintenance teams
- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, encouraging professional development and skills enhancement
- Implement systems for tracking and analysing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve manufacturing efficiency.
- Maintain accurate financial records related to maintenance activities and provide regular reports to senior management
Requirements:
- A background and knowledge of hi-volume injection moulding manufacturing is essential
- Extensive engineering background
- An ONC/C&G (or equivalent) in Engineering or related discipline
- Hold 16th/17th / 18th edition wiring regulations qualification
- Good project management skills
- Strong management ability
